THE HAWAI`I PR STORY is a full chapter in "From Silence To Voice" by Boston-based investigative journalist Suzanne Gordon and former NEWSWEEK Bureau Chief, Bernice Buresh. It is a detailed account of the communications strategy designed and implemented by Scott Foster for the 1999 - 2000 Hawai'i Nurses' Association union contract negotiations which produced "...a landmark agreement with groundbreaking and national-trendsetting language."
